Coop max lvl characters reset to lvl 5

My max level characters in coop now say they are level 5 and they don’t level up after a coop game.

Ditto here! All of my commanders are lvl 5 or lvl 1.

Having the same issue with commanders at level 5 or 1. Can’t start a game either. Not even a custom Melee.

I am having the same issue. All my maxed Commanders are at lvl 5 and it won’t let me start a game with my buddy. Blizzard please fix this issue ASAP. Thanks!

Same, all my characters are level 5 and I haven’t been able to play for an hour. Very annoyed, gone all day, finally get home and can’t play. Got to love Blizzard games.

That and I cant even start matches in any mode, not even campaign.

Same here (all set to level 5) and I can’t start a game. I get a “There was a temporary problem with your request, please try again”

I had heard of this bug a long while back, but it never happened to me. I assumed it had been fixed by now, but when I tried to play a game today, it told me there was an error when I attempted to “ready” for a game, and wouldn’t let me play. I closed SC2 and started it up again, and any commanders above level 15 were dropped down to 5. I hope this get fixed soon, I was SOO close to having all commanders finished.

Also experiencing this. But in addition to all commanders going to lvl 5 The game seems to have reverted to a base wings of liberty copy, it doesn’t think i own any of the co-op commanders or any of the campaigns, despite remembering my achievements for all of the above. Yet when i go into the blizzard shop in the client it does remember I own these. Anyone else have this?

i’m having the same issue, tried to disconnect multiple times (worked when it reseted my paragon lvl to 90) but it doesnt work

The same is true for me as well. I also can’t join any online games: Co-op, ladder, Melee, etc.

This just happened to me today in my coop. You can clearly see i have levels in prestige but no one showing lvl 15.
