I’m having this issue, but only on NA region. If I switch to another region, everything works corrctly.

Same here. My max commander reset to 5. Just maxed Raynor 3 days ago. Very frustrating. I didn’t try to play a game because I was too irritated, so I don’t know if it would prevent me like everyone else.

Same issue. From the old threads, it’s a server side issue and must be patched on Blizzard’s end. Did a fresh reinstall, relogged a few times, etc. Just have to wait.

I am also here to report that I have these issues as well: all owned commanders at level 5, can’t start coop games either solo queueing or in a party, no Nova Campaign and no ranked ladder available. Did an update check and a file scan, no issues locally, seems like the problem is server-sided.

All of my Coop levels are now incorrect as well. All of the commanders I had previously leveled to 15 are now level 5, and the commanders I haven’t used are still at level 1. However, I still have all my mastery points (currently 77).

I have tried restarting my computer, restarting the game client, logging in and out of all regions in the game client, restarting the Battle.net app, logging in and out of the Battle.net app, yet nothing has worked.

Also, I even tried to join a Coop game with the intention of playing through one to see if the levels would revert back to normal, but I can’t even seem to join a game - clicking the Ready button immediately triggers an error, “There was a temporary problem with your request. Please try again.” This happens every time.

Lastly, in the in-game Coop Missions channel, it seems like every single other player is having this issue.

Recently, it may not be exactly the same, but I had this bug where my commanders were reported at mastery 90 (while I’m higher) and 0/0 exp.
Didn’t try to play like that, and restarted the game.

In my case, I suspect it’s because I loaded co-op through the “current mutation” on the initial screen of the game.
Maybe it won’t help many, but it may help some.

I have the same issue as well on US server.
All my coop commanders are level 5.
But I have Raynor, Kerrigan, Artanis, Karax etc. Level 15 achievement.
Should be easy for Blizz to check my achievements.

Yup same Problem here. maxed level characters became lvl 5. and there is an issue starting the game. Please Fix it! Thanks! love you blizzard! US server

Same issue here. I am on US Server. Tried re-logging and verifying game cache. no luck.
