Coop level reset

Seems there is already ongoing list of this but my Artainis was set to lv5 despite having Prestige 3 on him and already lv15, I do not play with Kerrigan and raynor much so I don’t know about them. Resetting computer and StarCraft does not amend the problem

Same problem happened after I bought some commanders, and raynor,kerrigan and artains were set to lv5, maybe it is a network or server-side bug, I decide to wait for a day and hope it will restore

Hi,
should we add a comment in that tread? i encountered this as well today (26Jan 2024). I was playing Swan, then right after, Raynor, Kerrigan and Artanis were reset to level 5. they should already be maxed out. pls investigate.

I’m in the same boat as this lot.

Levelled Raynor and it rest me to five, no prestiges or anything.
