I just reinstalled after a long layoff. I had every character at 15, except for Zera. Now, most are 15 but several, including some of my most played commanders, are anywhere from 1 to 14.
Has anyone seen this and is there a known fix?

This is the first time I’ve heard of something like this.
Check that 1) you are on the correct region, and 2) you are logged in on the correct Battlenet account.
This has happened to me before, but it usually fixes itself after a few minutes. Don’t know wha tto tell you if it’s permanently doing this.
The answer is yes on both counts. I am on Americas and I only have the one battlenet account for Starcraft. I checked again today and it’s the same thing. I am sure of the issue because several of the character with this bug were my favorites, the ones I got most of mastery points with
Well, I logged back in to check and nothing has changed. I don’t see an avenue to put in a ticket, everything goes some AI database which is useless. I am getting nowhere here.
If this is how Blizzard is now, I’ll never buy another product from them again.
Lol so dramatic. Never buying from Bliz again!!! News flash: sc2 has been in maintenance mode for SIX years. So yeah, things are going to break and many of them aren’t going to get fixed like with any game thats been shelved. And thats what you’re basing your furture purchases off of. Lol.
And btw, the ticket system is designed to steer people away from submitting a ticket for things that support cant fix. They aren’t programmers, they cant fix code, thus they can’t fix bugs. That’s why you cant find a way to put a ticket in.
Im with the others here. Theres been commander losing levels for years now, but the specific circumstances you describe doesnt match the well known pattern so something else is up. Either you do have another bnet account that you just dont remember, or you are remembering wrong, etc.
Specifically, which commanders lost their levels? And specifically, when was the very last time you played?
It’s been a few years. But, I don’t have another account and I didn’t log in to the wrong region. If I logged into another Bnet account, would I still have my mastery levels and would most of the commanders be level 15?
And yes, dramatic. Bliz has been a disappointment for years now. It’s why they are releasing Xpacs for the 26 year old Diablo but can’t keep SC 2 running. Let’s not even talk about the Warcraft 3 remaster debacle.
No. It would be a separate account with a separate profile.
That’s because D2R is still in development. SC2 was retired from development almost six years ago. Meaning, if you choose to play SC2, you are also choosing to endure the pains that come with a game that has been shelved.
The release, yeah. But that was the result of Activision, not Bliz. Since then, however, it has been improved by leaps and bounds, compared to its release state.
