Connection issue

I am having issues with the game

It doesn’t show my account information (achievements, campaign completion…) as well I can’t search for a versus or custom game

The button for search ranked/unranked is blanked out, doesn’t show the race selection, and on the custom games it doesn’t load the list of open lobbies

Tried restarting my internet connection, erasing the game files, even reinstalled it all, but nothing changes

Looked up on the foruns and found no solution

Can someone help?

The quickest way to determine if there is a connection issue is to try an alternative connection if possible. A vpn is also an option, but this doesn’t bypass the home network if firewalls or settings may causing the issue.

If an alternative connection doesn’t seem to work, try clearing the cache and see if the same problem happens on a new admin account since this will create a new user profile it should reset a ton of features. It may also help to try a different mode.

If an alternative connection does work or you weren’t able to try it, I recommend to try the steps on this article and let’s gather a WinMTR test. Run until the problem occurs for 5 to 10 minutes. Copy and paste the text file created and paste it between two ~~~ like so:

j, flagging that post due to you not reading op’s post. dude can connect to starcraft just fine, hes got the info bug that happens when an account that hasnt logged in, in forever is missing player info, usually takes a couple of logins to work out the info problem.

stop posting with out reading what people say j. your known for doing it.

I switched to my mobile hotspot, and it worked

Then switched back to my normal network, and it kept working just fine. No idea why this happened, but now it’s all good and functional
