Someone found another bugged 10th Anniversary achievement. I replied with what the issue is.

I Can't Shoot Up - Achievement Error report

Greetins everyone, I’ve been granted with the achievement “I’ve Fallen and I Can’t Shoot Up”, but I shouldn’t have because I was summoning Stalkers in addition to colossus and probes. I’ve Fallen and I Can’t Shoot Up (10 points) – Complete the “Unsealing the Past” mission by constructing only Probes and Colossus on Normal difficulty.
