Well I wish they would reach out to me since I would love to work on SC2 and I know some really great balance changes that could and should be implemented without breaking balance or match ups.
Even have a mod called “Better Game Balance” which I’ve been working on for months.
Dear balance team, it seems to me that you share with other players the concerns about the TvP match up. I am one of those persons who agree about T feeling to be forced going bio against P; this has the double pitfall of making T predictable AND the matchup boring to view on esports circuits.
Maru started a possible revolution by pinpointing to mech as an alternative against protoss (you’re change of the cyclone was probably a smartful decision looking now at it). Why don’t you try to encourage the new mech style against P?
Thanks for your efforts.
SH’s would be more like the Carrier, except locust waves don’t cost a thing. Also IT’s are limited by energy and have limited range. Locust don’t cost energy and have a range of 25.
Once again the brainiac term “free units”. No, they are not free. They cost energy. Yes, that’s the thing that you cast Storms for. Yes, that’s the thing that you cast FF’s for. Should I go on or you got it? Infested terrans are just another spell.
I would be absolutely willing to give up IT in exchange for storm. Cos you know, “free killing field for 80 dmg” is unfair… now how stupid would that sound?
All seriousness that stim buff is wild, the protoss nerfs happily accepted, zerg hardly got touched so not much to say there. terran 2 base was already crazy strong. thanks for buffing their eraly and mid game timings so much, EXACTLY what we needed… … …
BL attack is absolutely ridiculous (dps) without broodlings, they are slow, expensive and it takes forever to get to them.
SH cannot do anything without locust.
You may not agree with the design, I also don’t agree with the design of many things in SC2 (nydus, injects, banelings, bc+tj, colossi, immortal, wp, etc.)
But if you cannot comprehend this, too bad. I am not going to waste my time explaining to you why units must be able to attack/defend, otherwise nobody would build them.
don´t touch the SH pls. the first version gave zerg the possibility to turtlen and slow push with lair. atm this unit is more a snowball or pressur vs turtle mec taht want 200/200 and sit behind wall and tanks.
It’s pretty funny how the same posters who always go on about terrans being whiny are the ones losing their minds when Blizzard actually addresses the balance issues.
