Commanders Reset to level 5

Had all of my commanders reset to level 5. None of the fixes from other posts or a ticket have worked, so is there just no way to get this fixed? Quit playing SC2 and don’t spend any more on it?

I swap a lot between EU and NA, only own the first 3 commanders and have only 1 bnet account.
