Commander Levels Reset

Hi there,

as of today my commander levels seem to have been reset to lvl 5 and I can neither advance nor get xp for co-op missions. Please unlock my commanders.

Same thing here: Raynor, Kerrigan and Artanis are back at lvl5, cannot allocate mastery points, logging out then back in or even fully restarting the game didn’t fix it.
Now I hope they won’t get picked for my daily game :fearful:.

edit: played my daily game, random didn’t pick one of the bugged commanders, and things were still bugged after the game ended.
By the way, Europe server.

Same thing. Raynor and Kerrigan are capped at lvl5. Europe

Same issue, the 3 free commanders are back at lvl 5. (update: EU server)

Hey folks,

Is this issue still only on the EU server? For EU folks who play on AM server, are the commander levels correct there?

mine are now lvl 5 on am server as well

Anyone else seeing the free commanders demoted on AM as well?

Level 704 Artanis, Raynor and Kerrigan down to Level 5 here as well. The free commanders seem to be affected but not Fenix which was given away for free. This started after the maintenance yesterday.

I logged out and changed from US to EU and it prompts me to “Create Character” and “Name your StarCraft II Character.” I don’t know if this will delete my current one so i just alt+f4 at that point.

My friend and I just tried a co-op and his max lvl Artanis got bumped down to 5 and locked and tells him to buy it same with his lvl7 Kerrigan and Rayner, also got rid of his prestiges on both Kerrigan and Artanis. We both in Australia on Americas server, it was fine for him two/three days ago and mine were unaffected

Same here on US server, all 3 of my basic commanders (raynor, artanis, kerrigan) reset to level 5 from level 1000. Happened within the past 48 hours or so.

I’ve heard back that Bliz is aware and is currently investigating the issue.

Same here, and I tried cleaning the cache like an old post said but issue still persisted.

I have same problem, My co op commanders raynor, kerrigan and artanis has been rest to lvl 5 full xp

Same here. I assume Blizzard has a record of the commander levels before the reset, or will I need to provide?
