I just re-installed my battle.net and updated sc2 today. All my lvl 15 commanders got reset to lvl 1. I noticed other people also had the same issue, but the main post was closed. Please help!

If you have more than one Battlenet account, make sure you are logging into the correct one. If you are, make sure you are logging into the correct region.
If all that is correct, it can sometimes take a couple logouts and logins to get the game client to pull the data down from the servers.
The thread that is closed was specific to wide spread data outages that occurred at the time. Since those instances were resolved, the thread was closed so that any new cases could have their own threads (like you did here).
