CO-OP Level RESET - after Network error

Hello, I mentioned in another thread that when I started the game in All Chat, I got a “Network error” message 3 times. I think it happened in all 3 channels. So first issue I cannot talk with my friends.

Now, something more important:

  • Yesterday, I reached level 15 with Kerrigan.

  • Today, I achieved level 6 with Raynor.

  • Karax, Tychus, and Swann were level 5.

After a few more game restarts, I now have all of them at level 5.

So they took back 1 level from Raynor and 10 levels from Kerrigan. Please give me back my levels.

I am honestly getting sick of these issues. I have already encountered multiple problems, and now my progress is being lost as well. I am not willing to pay 30€ + 5€/commander for a game that has problems like this.

This is not acceptable!

If it’s on the AM or EU region, it’s a recurring issue that self resolves in 2 to 7 days.

If it’s on the Asia region, it’s a known issue with no known eta.
