Running SC2 on a relatively new Win 10 Dell laptop. In about 75% of my co-op matches, I get popup with “Attempting to Reconnect” with no other option than to surrender. I play other games on this PC all the time, including Borderlands 2, Jackbox, etc. I sent in my tracert, dxdiag, msinfo, to Blizz and they basically said everything’s fine but I have to use a wired connection. Has anybody had this issue, and if so, how did you correct it? Getting super frustrated with this… this is the only game across PC / XBox / PS / Switch I have online connectivity issues with.
Do your laptop heat up more while playing SC than other games? The temperature could have influence (I am not PC specialist, though).
On my current laptop I had ~okay performance on different softwares including Discord talks, but the room I was in had too unstable wifi to be able to maintain Starcraft.
Moving to a room closer to router helped and everything works fine.
My router is roughly five feet away from my laptop.

Have you tried connecting to both 2.4ghz and 5ghz wifi networks (if your router supports dual band) to see if it happens on both?
Certain games may be more affected by packet loss, so if the connection is a bit unstable at times it may be enough to drop the connection from Starcraft 2 but not other games.
Just to add, Multicron, if you’re still having issues. What’s the router/modem models in the house hold?
im having the same issue. Out of my last 5 games, 4 have forced me to surrender.
mine is still happening. Out of the last 10 games, 7 have been forced quit. 2 out of 3 this morning. Help please
