Clientside Cache issue prevents ladder matches

Full error:
Clientsidecache_read_http_file_not_found

I’ve gotten this trying to do anything under the “versus” section, so I essentially can’t ladder.

I’ve already tried deleting cache file in “documents” and also “Blizzard Entertainment” folder in %ProgramData%, neither helped

I am getting the same thing. I’m currently reinstalling the game.

Mac or PC? I forgot to list that this is on a Mac.

I am PC. First time I’ve seen this issue personally

Let me know if the reinstall works. I can’t find much about this issue already on the forums.

I’ll let you know, probably 20 minutes or so.

same here tried to clear cache and repair… nothing
I’m on pc too

Also having this issue - I’m on PC

FYI deleting local cache files or files in %ProgramData% folder also does NOT help (contrary to some older threads which saw this problem before), at least for me
