Log into the launcher no problems… launch starcraft 2 no problems… goes to authentication and then a big orange ! with a client mismatch… ive reinstalled starcraft 2… still a problem…i dont have a test realm file to delete …so…idk what to do… want to play…cant play… help? lol

Since you’ve already reinstalled the game and double checked to make sure there are no PTR clients installed. Let’s go ahead and do a full reinstall of the launcher itself.
Go ahead and uninstall the launcher.
Do not reinstall yet but follow these additional steps:
1. Open file explorer/file manager
2. Type the following into the address bar (not the search bar): %APPDATA%
3. Delete the Bnet and blizzard folders inside the appdata folder if they exist.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 with %LOCALAPPDATA% and %TEMP%
5. Empty the recycle bin.
Now go ahead and reinstall the launcher
Should this not work let’s put a ticket in with our technical support reps with system files so they can take a deeper look.
