Changing Account Folder Location

Hi,

At some point, SC2 ceased to save any replays, campaign progress, video settings, and I have to change video settings each time I start the game.

Then, I got sick and tired of it, I re-installed SC2, it created the ‘Starcraft II’ folder in the Documents folder of my OneDrive. TS said it’s bad, as it conflicts with OneDrive somehow (to put a long story short), but I don’t know how to move this folder OUT OF OneDrive so that the game sees it and can use.

Can anyone help me out pls? Thanks in advance!

P.S. Advices to stop using OneDrive are inapplicable :slight_smile:. I need it for my work.

Hey, there! Would disabling OneDrive for just the Documents folder specifically be an option instead?

This should allow our games to function normally, but it would stop syncing the Documents folder.

Thanks Blue, your fix works on Windows 11 in 2025.

What I did was, download the Onedrive program from Microsoft, then change settings as you stated, then move my SC2 folder, then uninstall Onedrive.
