No luck for me. Did all the permission/ownership reset. No change. Still only getting the WoL mission archive. No update for me either as of 9am EST on Nov 19.

Sc2 just did an update at 9:30am and should be working though. I only can delete outside folder for Sc2 and not only in Sc2 for some reason. Got an update though.

Can confirm that as of 12:52pm EST it is working now for me. Just tried starting a new WoL campaign and it worked. Woohoo. Version shows 5.0.8.86383

After today’s patch I’m able to start a new campaign correctly.
Anyone still having issues?
All the issues I ran into have cleared up since the update that was pushed out yesterday.

here too it seems that this update has corrected the problem (EU-Italy) but I am waiting to finish the HoW campaign to say if the update is effective.

You have to change permissions of the Starcraft II folder in documents.
That didn´t work for me … Still have missing cutscenes.
