Cant play multiplayer

Hi, for months I have not been able to play any kind of multiplayer. ‘Blizzard Services connection Lost’ is the message I always get.

Im not very good on computers, and I dont know how to fill out the form to speak to customer services. Traceroutes and all manner of things i dont understand.

There is no number, no email. I cant contact support!!

I even sent message on instagram im that desperate, obviously with no reply.

Please. Please. Someone at blizzard take pity on me and contact me.

I just want to be able to play the game again!!

Do you have internet? You need internet to play.
