yup no log in. would be nice if they at least addressed it with a message.
Day 2 on this deserted island with no Starcraft.

I starve. The hunger within me thirsts for conquest, to rid the stars of all those not created in god’s image…but the command console will not respond to me. My fleets await my command, but there is only silence echoing across the stars.
Hey guys, I was able to login with different account. Looks like this is an account spesific issue.

any updates? its a bit…frustating…shall we say to be unable to access a game i’ve paid good money for, and its not even scheduled maintenance or even, apparently, an actual service outage, given how a number of people are capable of logging in.
I am also not able to log in. Unlike some others have reported, changing the region does not help. Message reads “There is a temporary outage of the Battle.net service. Please try again later.” My other blizzard games work fine.
thats cause its an sc2 problem. not an all game problem. yall need to learn some patience and learn to read. im getting really tired of jumping in here repeating myself over and over cause none of you bother to read before yall post.
and yet the champion of justice continues to ceaselessly jump in here and correct people, in a StarCraft 2 Forum, by saying its a StarCraft 2 problem, fails to elaborate, and provides no meaningful information about how the problem occurs, or how to fix it.

again if you would read, i already elaborated plenty of times. from what i understand blizzard broke the sc2 api on the na servers. they need time to fix, this is the weekend so most likely people just arent around. This game is already on life support as is, meaning unless there is a absolute game breaking bug occuring then they wont jump to do stuff till they have the time.
Not that I’ve heard.
On the rare occasion that do hear back, it’s usually after something is fixed, which by then, people have already noticed.
I’d been having all the same issues. Fresh install, returning player. It connected just now. Appears resolved for me.

I just saw your question.
For me it hangs a bit on the authenticating screen. Then it changes to the waiting for Blizzard services (paraphasing) with the spinning circle. After 3 to 6 seconds or so, it lets me in.
This is just on the Americas region. The other two regions seem to work fine.
So far, I haven’t gotten the temporary battlenet outage screen/error that others are getting.
I Just tried the America Servers again this morning and was able to get in.
I just tried myself, I am still unable to log in to EU servers which is my own region. I can log in US and KR servers though, but EU servers are not accessible for me and I am still receiving the same error about temporary battle.net outage.
Edit: Seems to be finally working.
yeah that was same for me too when it was doing it, seems it cleared up this morning.
