How do I become the authenticator

I don’t see any authenticator on this account so it’s difficult to determine what is causing the error. You may want to try closing the game and the Blizzard app and deleting the temporary Battle.net files.
If this persists, can you provide a screenshot of the error you are seeing? You can upload the image somewhere like Imgur and then paste the link here. Select and highlight the link and hit the “preformatted text” button (</>).
