When I tried to launch sc2 it said that ‘Graphics device is not available at this time. Please try starting sc2 again, or restart your machine. If the problem persists, for more info consult our support website’ Any help?

Try resetting the game settings and see if that does the trick.
If not, sometimes rebooting the PC and/or reinstalling the graphics drivers will clear up this error.
