I cant connect to blizzard services to play the ga.e, it says Blizzards needs to authenticate my game client and then brings me back automaticallyto the login screen. when I login again it just has an error msg that reads “ you were disconnected from Blizzard services”.
I have tried just about every trouble shooting method suggested from clearing my DNS to re-installing battle.net. has anyone else experienced this and how can I further diagnose the issue?
Is the launcher set to the Public Test Realm?
I have a similar issue, but when I try to relog it says the Battle.net server is down for maintenance. But when I check, the server is fine.
I am on the ‘Live’ realm. I have ver 5.0.15.95299 installed on Win 11 computer. In addition to OP’s fixes I also tried the ‘Scan and Repair’ tool, but it was greyed out.
