I have installed and re-installed the game. I have tried saving the folder to different locations and made sure the permissions for the app and game were read and write. Still every time I try to play the game a message pops up and says the game quit unexpectedly and then a message says cannot find file. I am not sure what else to do.

It looks like you already have a ticket in for our tech support reps. Go ahead and do the troubleshooting steps that are recommend and if there continues to be the crashing reply to that ticket chain.
