Cannot connect to SC2 servers

Have not been able to connect to SC2 servers since last update. Says Battlenet servers are down for maintenance. Tried all the self help tips, cannot get past authentication screen. Gives me a Battlenet could be down or you could be down message. Then boots me to a login screen. So i enter my password and it states Battlenet is down for maintenance. Like this for past 2-3 days.

Delete the PTR executable worked. Restarted battle.net and logged in as usual.
