Hey, all! It looks like our team has a fix in place for this issue. It’s unclear on when this may be released, but an update or hotfix should be on its way at some point to resolve the offline games issue.
If there’s a more fixed build or date that I can share with you all, I’ll be sure to let you know. For now, please be on the look out for an update!

I’m having the same issue. Hope they fix this soon.
Downloaded patch. Shows team portraits again. Started game and it counted down from 3-1, but starts the game, rather than ends it. Looking good Blizzard, thank you so much for fixing this.
How do you download the patch?
I’m trying to play offline and I am still unable to do so.
I have a registered (paid) copy of this game (Wings of Liberty)

The patch should automatically download when you next log on to the BattleNet app. If you don’t use that, I’m not sure how you get the patch, I’m sure one of the other people here may be able to help.
