I just started playing Zeratul today, got to level 5, figured I’d buy him, but after game completion, it still says that the level is capped. I’ve restarted the game, checked for updates, scanned the files and repaired them, but nothing’s worked. Is there anything I can do to fix this, or will 24 hours fix it for me?

I’m also having this issue; bought Alarak, but the progress is still capped. I also noticed there’s no purchase/buy button for the commanders that I haven’t purchased yet…

Hey I’m having the exact same issue with Nova and did it the same way. Got her to Level 5, the purchase went through, it says that it was completed and I have her in my “Library” on the Battle.net purchasing screen. No matter how many games I play with her it keeps saying that her level is capped until I purchase her. Tried restarting Battle.net, restarting SCII, and my whole computer multiple times on each except just once with the computer. Not sure if I needed to do anything else to load her character as playable or bought in Co-Op Mode but I can’t find anything besides other people having this same problem. -_-

Are all these on the Amercas region?
If so, there are some server issues going on at the moment that could be contributing to the commander levels.
We might have to sight tight while it’s looked into.
Hi, here same problem, Zeratul level capped.
i have 2 commanders Tychus (transaction 2months ago) works fine and Zeratul (transaction yesterday) EU server both
My issue got fixed and I’m able to play Nova now. Thank you for the reply, the answer is yes to me, I play on America Regions.
I seem to be capped at level 5 on the Korean server. On NA and EU I’m uncapped.
