Hey, frozenrei! Thank you for including part of the logs here. I was also able to find the crashes sent to us and it looks like this mostly looks like an issue with the graphics API.

I’d like to suggest a few different things first and gather a bit more information if these suggestions doesn’t seem to fix or workaround the issue.

  • Let’s go ahead and try a clean reinstall of the Blizzard Application.

    1. Uninstall the application
    2. Press Windows key + R and type in %temp%
    3. Delete anything related to Blizzard or Battle.net
    4. Do the same for %programdata%, %localappdata%, %appdata%
    5. Reinstall the application
  • Reset the driver settings.

  • Let’s try disabling the hardware acceleration using the target shortcut.

    1. Right-click on the Battle.net desktop icon and select Properties

    2. Select the Shortcut tab

    3. In the Target field add the following command to the end:

      –disable-gpu

      It will look like so:

      “C:\Program Files (x86)\Battle.net\Battle.net Launcher.exe” --disable-gpu

Note: There is a space between Battle.net Launcher.exe" and --disable-gpu

    4. Click Apply and then OK to close the Properties window

    5. Restart the Battle.net desktop app using this same icon.

What steps have you tried if you can recall a few? Could you include a DxDiag file to check out? Copy and paste the text file created and paste it between two ~~~ like so:
