Somehow I just stuck whenever I enter the “lobbies” at the custom. I can play the arcade games only when I press custom and straight enter to arcae/campaign (without going to the lobbies page), but the moment the game finished I will go back to the “lobbies” and get stuck again, and I will be forced to close the game by using the task manager. I tried reinstall the game but it doesn’t help.

An idiot whose mother doesn’t love them decided to lag out the entire NA Arcade by exploiting bad code by Blizzard, that has been a known issue since at least June last year.
It doesn’t actually crash your game, it causes a memory leak that you can wait out then use your game.
See reddit for a temp fix, make sure to backup your hosts file before doing this.
