So the winrate, which are the actual tool used to determine balance, are “obscure statistics” that shouldnt be used to decide balance? I want you to say it explicitly here so that everybody can see just how far youre willing to go to conform to your bias.

In NA where people in general suck at StarCraft. Might also have something to do that there are far less people playing the game than in EU.
In EU Lowko isn’t even in GML. Last time I looked he was hovering around 5200.
