I have the same problem, asia region, all my commanders are downgraded to level 5, it’s been days now and still no fix, I’m so disappointed for such a big game, I paid for the campaign and all the individual commanders.
My commanders have been stuck at level 5 on the Korean server for close to a week now

我们是玩家，是付了钱的玩家，是对这个游戏投入了时间情感的，出现BUG这个问题怎么就这么长时间了都得不到修复呢？公司如果是秉持着对老玩家们这样一种不负责任的态度，我相信在其他游戏的玩家也终将会对公司感到失望，公司也将失去一大部分玩家市场，虽然赚钱也很重要，对于一家游戏公司而已没有什么能比因BUG导致玩家失望造成玩家流失更严重的情况了。

I do know that Bliz is aware of the issue. So unfortunately the players are just stuck waiting on them.
As a player, you deserve to be bullied. These game companies only serve money, not players.
How does Blizzard deal with increasingly angry players? Answer: Give it a cold shoulder. Time will heal everything. After that, players will still play my game mindlessly.
Hello Leviathan. I have the same issue from 19.11.2024 only on one of the 3 servers I play (Korean), don’t have issue on the other 2. I issued a ticket and they said me to report it as a bug. What do I need to do - just wait?
We need to know when this bug can be fixed, or a clear deadline, or allow players to apply for refunds. Thank you !
Unfortunately yes. The issue is something only Bliz can fix on the server side.
Historically, it can take up to ~2 weeks, but more recently it’s been a little less than that.
well, is not about money, but blizzard is still getting money from players, and the company can not fix the problems on the game?..so…blizzard is saying, give us ur money but we dont care about the problems u have in this game right???

If a service is discontinued and will no longer receive maintenance, leaving it open for free consumption is more of a negligence on the part of the company, and saying that if customers decide to consume the defective product it is their responsibility is very valid, but if Customers continue to be charged money for the defective service, it remains a scam from the company.
