Maru did it his whole run in S1 in particular against classic, dear, and possibly trap iircâŚaka best pvters int he world
Innovation did it a lot as well. for example he used them to eliminate stats in S2 iirc

Every top terran abused it. It was THE meta for years. Terrans would cry about how the only way to beat protoss was widow mine drops and then they exploded into a fit of rage when blizzard said they were going to make widow mines be revealed after firing. Innovation STILL does it as one of his core strategies.
Typically mine drops are dealt with without having them tagged. The vision is unessesary because the Protoss already respond as if they had perfect vision.
How many phoenix does it take to stop a mine drop? How many phoenix do you have when the first mine drop hits? How many mines does it have in it? Will a double min drop hit? What angle will it come from? What timing does a typical drop hit on for each map? What about for common proxy locations?
How many mines are in the drop. Are there stalkers that are also made?
Answer the questions. If you canât answer every one of these, you are a dead protoss.
