Nearly every competitive game I’ve ever played (and I’ve played a lot) have a loss prevented system when know issues to the server have been flagged. I completely understand Blizzards logic behind not refunding SR for connection issues. However, from my perspective, when the forums are exploding with people getting disconnected at an alarming rate, in a short span of time, not having a loss prevented system comes across as a lack of concern about the games competitive environment, and in some regards, just plain lazy.
Also just to be clear, I’m not talking about one off side issues. Just instances when it is abundantly clear that the support team knows about the issue. Does that seem like too much to ask for?
