Your server machine broke, not mine. I don’t understand why it takes away 50sr from me due to connection issues on your end. Nearly 20 people were in my area’s general chat asking if servers just went down.
IDC about my 50SR loss, I want my endorsement level 4 back if anything. Too bad Blizzard does not care about server issues on their end. Their close-to literal words are “Blizzard server issues are so rare that penalties resulting from them should be minimal”
I just opened a ticket, with support to get mine back. I suggest you two do the same. Maybe they will listen if all of us do it. shrugs
The occurrence of server crashes is not so damn minimal, the penalty should be decreased to account for the amount of unfair occurrences there are.
I’m trying to start a discussion on it so blizzard might realize its something that matters to their player base.
Unfortunately all disconnections and game crashes counts as leaving the match and will be penalized appropriately. The game server has no way to discern a legitimate disconnection or game crash from one that is forcefully caused by a dishonest player to bypass leaver penalties. Remember if you see the message, “Lost Connection to the Server” in the title screen or the message “Failed to Connect to Server” in red text in the text chat box, this means there is something that disrupted your connection to the game server and not a problem with the game server itself. There can be a variety of reasons this happens including those that don’t disconnect your computer from the Internet.
