Queue Tokens

  1. Queue for tank, win a game, get a token that gets 5-10 minutes less on the queue for any role.

AFK Countermeasures

  1. Get an AFKer in Competitive in the first 30sec, then backfill and restart the match.

NonVerbal in-game communication

  1. VGS system (Like TRIBES), or expanded voice coms wheel (Like Payday 2), or some sort of ping system with less visual clutter. (Combine the ā€œGroup Up Hereā€ visual, with a triangle arrow that circles around the circle graphic)

Balance changes without patches

  1. They could be able to change the ruleset for the game without patching by changing the ā€œcustom gameā€ rules for Quickplay and Competitive for all players in those modes. Since patching is probably never going to be faster, given the slowness with console certification.
