Queue Tokens

1. Queue for tank, win a game, get a token that gets 5-10 minutes less on the queue for any role.

AFK Countermeasures

2. Get an AFKer in Competitive in the first 30sec, then backfill and restart the match.

NonVerbal in-game communication

3. VGS system (Like TRIBES), or expanded voice coms wheel (Like Payday 2), or some sort of ping system with less visual clutter. (Combine the “Group Up Here” visual, with a triangle arrow that circles around the circle graphic)

Balance changes without patches

4. They could be able to change the ruleset for the game without patching by changing the “custom game” rules for Quickplay and Competitive for all players in those modes. Since patching is probably never going to be faster, given the slowness with console certification.
