The Reaper rework

Wraith form:

  • Cooldown reduced to 3 seconds.
  • No longer has a duration
  • No longer reloads weapons.
  • Now cost 20 HP/s sec on use.
  • No longer contests objectives.
  • The life drain effect cannot kill Repear. Wraith form is canceled/unavailable at 1 HP.
  • Now acts like D.Va’s trusters

Shadow step:

  • Cast time reduced by 50%
  • Takes double damage during cast at the exit point.

What ya think ?

The first part is cool
The second part doesn’t solve anything.

I don’t really know how to make Shadow Step better without making it a “TP in front of ennemy, OS them” ability.

Make it make his body invincible on the entering end. Reduce the range of the exit end. Give reaper 1.5-2 seconds to teleport or it goes on cooldown.

Well the problem with current wraith form is that (at least in “lower” ranks of plat and below, dunno bout higher) it’s used as a gap closer. That you can’t escape.

You just see your death coming, invicible. No escape.

Oo, a rework, I like it. But it’s going to need a long cooldown if it’s better fade.

My goal was to make it look like fade, but function a Bit differently.
(Apparently they are the same tech, but different versions? Ask moira.)

Might have to reread it a few times myself to understand my writing. X3

Hmm… that is heavily debatable.
(I prefer mine, for obviously Extremely biased reasons.)

If it functioned correctly, then i wouldn’t complain.
