She is in every plat game now. Its horrible. I spend most games playing sym counters instead of what i like to play just to force a switch. Often, we have a sym on each side.
She might be balanced at the pro ranks but, for 90% of players, she is clearly slightly overtuned.
Her current damage output after the beam changes are quite good, on top of it being a shield meta sheâs doing exceptionally well. I wouldnât say sheâs OP, more so that sheâs in her element right now.
Itâs honestly a breath of fresh air from the monotony that was previous seasons.
So if itâs like this for Widow or Hanzo, itâs fine but if Sym canât just be ignored as easily as before, itâs a problemâŚ
If Symâs weapon is good against Barriers like it was designed to be, itâs OP and they nerf her but Doomfist completely bypassing barriers to kill and juggle people while also gaining shields and having hyper-mobility is fineâŚ
Except Symmetra counters barriersâŚand brings in another barrier with her ultimate, thereby increasing the amount of barriers on the field to a total of 3.
Sheâs great at barrier busting but she doesnât help the problem of too many barriers being on the field at once.
I donât see the argument youâre trying to make here, Ashe and any other hitscan DPS sucks in this meta.
A) Ashe isnât strong in a double barrier meta due to barriers blocking damage output, meaning that not only are damage numbers going to be low, but sheâs going to be
B) B.O.B doesnât have 5000 HP to chew through to get to the rest of Asheâs team, nor does he completely nullify all incoming damage from the enemy team whilst doing so.
C) Ashe isnât regenerating ammo AND simultaneously gaining charge to do 195 DPS per second with three barriers on the field.
