I think the virtual ticket is laughable. However many dollars to watch awkward gamers forced to answer questions. The gall to try to monetize this is laughable. Frankly Iām disgusted by the people who give Blizzard money for this.
Itās weird being told of what I can and canāt do with my money.

I bought the ticket and I love the skin. I own all the other Blizzard games too though so I feel like Iām getting more value than just a OW skin. I also enjoy watching the event streams and hopefully they will have an awesom musical act to enjoy. I bought the virtual ticket when Metallica played and felt like I got my monies worth. Th skin is pretty awesome. Excited to see what they add on to the ticket for value. I bought the all access OW pass too and definitely felt like I got good value. For those who just want the skin I can see the uproar. But itās just a cosmetic. It doesnāt effect gameplay at all.
Also, I just found this: NOTICE: Demon Hunter Sombra will be available outside of Virtual Ticket at a later date
Which is something they didnāt do with the previous skins.

Maybe it only have one Overwatch related thing because it is a Blizzard Virtual Ticket, not an Overwatch Virtual Ticket. Seriously, if you donāt want to buy it, then donāt buy it. Just think about how much free content we get. What if we had to pay for every event?

Exactly, we get a lot of free or close to free content. Iām onboard with having access to the event, all that other stuff AND a cool skin Iāll actually use unlike the ok-ish BlizzCon skins my before.
Edit: They gave us like 200 free tokens for OWL skins, they put up new characters fairly regularly, new maps regularly, new game modes for events, they make balance passes (whether good or not is a different argument), they put up free holiday and events which includes stories and skins, they release videos about the charactersā¦ seriously, get over it.

Iām still disappointed I didnāt get the Blizzcon Bastion skin, Winstonās was alright. I really like Sombraās, but I feel like the Blue and White theme was cooler.
Can we stop pretending that this skin being bundled in is somehow good? I donāt care about Blizzcon, I donāt care about the Overwatch league, but if I want that skin, I have to fork over money to get a bunch of crap I donāt care about, and the only way to get that skin ever is by paying for a ticket to some event that I never cared about. You canāt get the old skins, you wonāt be able to get the old skins, itās been three years and the preorder Widowmaker skin hasnāt been made public, so they wonāt make you able to get this video game content unless you pay them $49.99.
What makes it worse is that with one look, you can clearly see it is something that SHOULD be holloween content, but no, I guess demon hunting is Blizzcon themed, somehow.

By adding it to the ticket, it adds value to the ticket and makes the skin more valuable. Also itās not Halloween content, itās based on a Diablo 3 character.
Also, the skin is a bonus to the ticket. You arenāt buying the skin, youāre buying the ticket.

No, itās a 40$ virtual Blizzcon ticket and you get a free skin if you buy it. Stop whining, you donāt deserve everything, itās perfectly fine to give people who want to support Blizz an exclusive skin.
