The idea of ow2 was more space more dive snipers will be weak, but support got massacred and dive nerfed.

Obviously poke will get strong, idea should be to make dive strong with support not feeling bad.

Look dive is not kept in check by snipers but by nerfs due to supports find a way dive and supports live together you will have fixed the game.

Dive doesn’t need to be kept in check.

It’s objectively the most popular composition at high ELO, and the only one that doesn’t tend towards becoming an excessively high downtime composition.

Also why would slightly more meta rotation be worth screwing up their Tank scarcity issues?

No FR now, it wasn’t mate. Like not even close, cmon now … the damage it did, the RNG patterns ? I would argue it was literally the worst OW1 skill there was and that is counting Reaper’s Soul Passive.

PS: Maybe 420 damage FOTH comes close but still, it wasnt as RNG as Scatter.
