just contact your isp if its not their end its your connection issue… hope it helps.

I just wanted to let you know we’re still aware of this issue. There haven’t been any updates on the undersea cable repairs just yet. Once that’s done, however, it should get everything back to normal for you. I’ll let you know if we hear anything else.

I have been playing overwatch for 10 season and this is the WORST patch ever. After the update, I have been matched to server with completely high latency like 30% of my matches. This is even worse than the DDOS attack 1 year and a half ago.
I dont know why Blizzard has very poor facility to support SEA players. Admited, community in SEA are quite smaller than any other community. But it does not make any sense when others games such as League of Legend, Dota 2, PUBG in SEA seems not having connection issue.
The most frustrating thing I hate from Blizzard games is connection. Please help us to fix it.
For some reason i can’t login to asia server.I can login to europe server and america server.Any solution?
Sorry for the interrupt, but please help me. My Blizzard Account cannot connect to Overwatch when logging in. It always appear this message “We were unable to log you in, Disconnected”.
And when I check my Blizzard App, I can see my app is still connected to Overwatch.
Please help me.

same here, my fellow SEA friends can connect, but I can’t. It’s certain ISPs, try using hotspot and it should work.
yep, can’t connect as well to any SEA server, I keep getting lax1 servers. For the meantime I’ve been playing in the Asia region but even there I’ll get 180+ ping half the time when I used to get a constant 80 ping before

it kicked me out of the server mid search and doesnt let me connect back to the EU server but lets me connect to US servers
Hi there friends,
I want to hop in here and let you know that many connections for our EU and SEA customers are very sporadic at the moment. I moved a few of you in to this thread as you are in an area that is affected by the damaged under sea cables.
We are monitoring the problem and hope it is resolved soon. We do hope things are better soon for many of you. If you do not think your connection issue is related to this, I think at this point it would be best to open a tech support ticket with a Msinfo, WinMTR, and a Looking Glass.
We do want to help where we can, but right now this problem is out of our hands.

legit this has been happening since I came back to Overwatch after around 3-4 seasons. thanks blizzard.
We understand the problem is out of your hands, but could you please look into the penalties we get for playing comp with this issue? Because if we lose the connection for even a half a second, it logs out, and we get leaving penalty
I am losing lots of sr because of this issue. When I get this, either I can’t join fast enough and lose a lot of sr and get a penalty or I can join but we just lose because of their momentum.
