Donāt also forget that she heals through shields and doesnāt need to aim, which makes her healing reliable more than Ana by a mile. Anaās abilities can also be eaten by D.Vaās matrix. If Mercy is reverted to 60 hps, Ana will become a lot less appealing for the average player. The best thing, in my opinion, is to go inbetween and put it at 55 hps, but that will require a tiny nerf to ultimate gain. Remember, they reduced that to match her 50 hps output. They could also make resurrection instant in valkyrie if it is not on cooldown. I think that is fair. What do you think?
Edit: I have just read your opinion on the instant rez during valk, and after thinking about it, I agree. So forget about that point.
To present my ideas in a nutshell:
On paper, less output, fewer resurrects per game. But your resurrects are more meaningful, impactful, and more importantly, the amount of charges and the ultimate time are two variables that can easily be tweaked for balance. If sheās OP, the ult time for the usage of charges and/or the number of charges can be decreased and vice versa.
In short, I just want her to have a higher skill ceiling, be more exciting to play, be more Mercy-like.

I think the fact her heal is locked at 50 is probably because if she could negate Winstonās damage for example by just pressing M1. I think she can still do that to Moira, without the damage orb.

thats not a healing rate change - that is the effect of the additional second of duration of the lingering heal

What they need to do is change out Valkyrie itself for a better play making ability. When Valkyrie was initially put out it was able to make plays but that was only because they overtuned it to the max. Now that her numbers are nominal Valkyrie comes out underwhelming.
Will it get fixed? Not any time soon. At most I suspect is that the cast time of her Rez will get reduced to give her a better chance on actually using the skill. Thatās actually the most that I predict for Mercy in the long time to come.
Thereās only so many things that they can do to a hero in a given time. Right now Mercy isnāt the hot potato she used to be and like many other heroes relegated to the background itāll take quite some time before the Eye of Sauron even takes a look at her.

Thatās whatās missing with Mercy today. It isnāt really about the numbers here. They took that away from her and instead (after all the tuning) gave her something else a bit more sub-par. Thatās what I personally miss.

Pacifists dont willingly accept missions involving combat, dont engage in battles, carry a pistol, or enable a teammate to kill others more quickly
A true pacifist in a war zone would also heal members of either side of the conflict equally
