Please Blizzard, change the wings glow to purple, pink, green or something that fits with the skin colors, not yellow! The skin is beautiful but the yellow glow is disappointing.

Purple, pink, or green would fit it beautifully, at least that’s what I think! Or maybe even a combination/gradient of two of these colors.

i’m sorry but yellow is better, and you who claim to say you are an art student you know yellow is a complimentary color to purple.
you should know your color wheel of triads, harmonies and and complimentary colors.

I hope they’re willing to change it like they changec Casual Hanzo, because that would probably be my favorite skin for Mercy if the yellow got tweaked.
I’ll probably still buy it, but it probably won’t get used if they stay that yellow.

I know color theory, but to me, the yellow doesn’t fit with it. Just my opinion. The design would be visually more unified if they were a color from the palette of the model itself. It’s not even an accent color, since there are no other signs of yellow in the rest of the skin. It contrasts too harshly imo.

I’m actually a professional artist, not just a kid in school. I like it. The contrast of the yellow will make her wings coming out more eventful and powerful. If they weren’t yellow they would just blend in.

that’s fair that they could have tied it in better, but i think they did it on purpose so she would stick out pretty well, i mean they could have gone with the blue wings aswell that she has for some of her other skins.
but i think the yellow works, i think the outfit would be a bit boring without it tbh.
If it HAS to be yellow, they could’ve at least made it paler to fit the season, similar to the almost white wings she has in one of her Valkyrie skins.
Original custard yellow is boring

And maybe color the ends differently, something that’d coalesce with the second color, kinda like the Fortune skin. That’d would’ve, in my opinion, been a perfect rounding.

Idk, it kinda sticks out like a sore thumb to me. I think contrast is okay but the fact that its the default yellow color makes it feel like it might have been something they looked over or put no effort into.
If you like it as is though, I think that’s great! It’s still an awesome skin^^

I mean I get it, yellow is complementary to purple and analogous to green; however the hues for the greens and purples used are on the cooler side. Heck having them be a cool white would be better.
