I have the same problem, my bet is that it is a licensing issue between the two parties.

I’ll take Destiny 2 for example. I started on Xbox and moved to PC later. And for those that don’t know, Destiny 2 has cross-progression enabled. The thing is that the DLC that I bought on Xbox wouldn’t carry over to Steam due to Xbox issuing the license for the DLC. I still had loot I had acquired from those DLC missions, I just didn’t have the missions. I ended up having to re-buy the DLC on Steam to play those missions on PC.

Just here to agree with this as well, like many others, all my PS4 skins transferred over to PC excluding the Origins Edition Skins

Same here everything transferred over except the origin edition skins. I can still access them when on ps4 but not when i am on my pc.

Same here, missing my Game of the Year edition cosmetics. one of the main reasons I wanted to merge the accounts in the first place tbh. really disappointing that a bug like this is still unresolved even after a full 20 days of Overwatch 2 being live.

I’m having the same issue when I merged my old Nintendo switch account with my pc account and none of the origin skins that were a part of the game of the year edition transferred. However, all my other skins are here.

I just really hope this gets fixed since I don’t want to buy the watchpoint pack since I already own all the skins in it (just not currently). This is the first time I’ve had a problem like this in overwatch, is it normal that Blizzard still hasn’t brought up the issue?

can someone please help me? my account is still stuck in account merge and i don’t have any skins or sprays, literally nothing. i feel like it’s suck in this account merge loop hole

yeah i have all the skins missing as well including the origins edition, noire widowmaker, blizzcon skin for bastion (who got removed from the game anyway) and probably more that i am missing. i still have them all on ps4 but not pc.

Looks like we’re all having the exact same problem.
I got my origins edition on Xbox and the origins skins show up there fine but apparently I can’t use them on pc??? It’s so idiotic.

I am also missing one of my skins, the bastion overgrowth skin. im really sad as that was my favorite skin on my favorite character
