Iā€™m having same kind of issues - I merged account on PC to merge XBOX, PS4 and PC all together. XBOX had skins (eg widow) that from before I started playing on PS4, but since doing the merge, all sorts of crap is missing [still figuring out what is missing, making sure its not just one one of the platforms]

Same here! Had Origins edition on PS4 then merged that account with my PC one. Itā€™s really annoying to think that to get them back, I have to pay Ā£35 for the watchpoint pack :confused:

Same and not only that my Widow noir skin is missng aswell

Iā€™m having a similar issue. Have Origins skins on Playstation and theyā€™re missing on PC

Also, others I noticed missing are Lying Around highlight intro for D.Va and Poison Dart outfit for Lucio (may be missing more but those are the ones I know).

Also, kind of weird: I got the Poison Dart skin back but Iā€™m still missing the others.

I got Legendary Edition for ps4 and also bought regular edition on my pc. Merged accounts, no longer have access to Legendary Edition skins.

Bought skins throughout the years in OW1 on PS4 and now some are missing in OW2 on PC including the Legendary Edition ones even after merging accounts.

i bought the watchpoint pack and the origins skins are unlocked on console but on pc the skins are locked.

I truly do feel quite scammed out of my origin skin, had it on the ps4 and all was fine but the merging i can only hope messed up and didnt account for my origin skins which is quite weird tbh, just wanted to put my issues out there since i dont know if having the same thread is a no no or not.

The same problem, my legendary origins skins have dissappeared on PC, but I had them on PS4ā€¦

I have this problem too, no origin edition skins or noire skin after merging from xbox, and itā€™s sad because the bundle costed money

I have the same issue, I reached out to put a support ticket in and they responded saying it was a known bug and they are working to fix it. That was 2 weeks ago, and the issues still persists. I guess our cosmetics are just lower on the pecking order for bugs and fixes :skull:RIP
