Over 30 mins to a hour queue times for any game mode

I have been dealing with this for over a month. It makes the game unplayable, It doesn’t matter if im solo or with friends the queue times never change its always 30 mins for ONE GAME. Please fix this. Also its not my wifi, I got on my friends account and the games started in 2 mins, Multiple times…
Is my account shadow banned or something?

Try uninstalling and reinstalling. My friend and I were having issues and that solved it

yes, it does not help. do not waste time re-installing, don’t listen to such rubbish advice
it is the game servers are having issues

this issue is still not fixed, I cannot find any matches still…

and support isn’t even acknowledging the issue
