When your own team mate, mei puts up an icewall, with a team mate on one side, and an opponent mei on the otherside, the opponent mei is able to freeze your team mate, ignoring the wall completely.
EDIT: I should add, from reviewing the video, it appears that the opponent mei had just started casting her freeze ability just prior to the wall going up, but wall goes up before she finishes. It appears that if she starts cast before wall going up, the wall is ignored for the duration of the remainder of the cast.
