No Documents Settings Folder - solved

I don’t have a settings file in my /documents folder. This is an issue as it appears to be what’s causing my issues of having to reset all my settings whenever I restart the game + skip the cinematic again.

I have spent a few hours now researching and have not found a real solution, help would be appreciated.

edit: wanted to note I have reinstalled OW, done the file repair, reset my settings in the launcher, and run the launcher as an admin.

Check these steps from the staff:

Did not work. OneDrive was not synced, and Overwatch is already an exception to the firewall & antivirus (malwarebytes), and as noted I’ve run the game as an admin.

What about controlled folder access, as mentioned here:

If nothing helps, you may need to open a ticket. But keep in mind that since this is not a problem with the game client, but how your computer is handling files, they may refer you to the same steps.

thank you, miss Nicole. Now I don’t have to change my settings before playing the game every time. :grinning: :keyboard: :computer_mouse:
