My thing is if people had as much skill as they demand players of these none mechanically intensive heroes have they would out perform them on heroes like tracer, genji, widow etc etc
I mean, what’s wrong with expecting the better player to win, instead of the one with the easier character?
Shhh they think flankers should not kill them but if they were good they will kill those same flankers.
When they get killed by balanced dps “waah waah dps op”
When someone complains about noskill op support
"Just git gud click on dem heads lol "
The better player almost always wins. You weren’t the better player.
I have a 140hz monitor with a 1ms. I was raised on Quake, CS, etc. I personally don’t care for Cree. I prefer 76 due to mobility. My accuracy with 76 is usually around 40%.
so if you raised in Quake and CS you should prefer aim-based heroes! cause nothing feels better to land a sick shot! Who do Winston main feel? LUL This game feels like a console game came to PC! so many skillless heroes, it hurts… Its easy to kill a genji as a moira but with Zen it feels 1000 times better!
This is why I never played any of the CoD or BF games.
Boring and one-directional as hell. All you do is shoot guns.
Hell, even TF2 was more fun. Mario-jumping people is awesome.
Also hats.

- I prefer projectile based ones, generally.
- They nerfed Zen, I noticed it.
- Winston, his ult pushing people off the map. His bubble is a joke though. However my favorite tanks are Orisa and Hog (carrying).
- Moira helps with my tracking with characters like a Tracer. You need precision to stay on her. A good Tracer could kill a Moira very easy from timing/positioning.
- With Moira, her orbs and ult. This is why she’s my main/primary healer of choice. I use her orbs in spots where you can bounce them and have them heal across the map 100% of the time. There’s many times ive died and thrown an orb by my spawn and it reached my team before me. Her ult also is so diverse. If your tracking is good enough, you can kill a pharmercy, heal teammates, kill supports in the back, etc.
My favorite off healing for carrying is Zen. For just playing its Lucio.
He’s EASIER, than say…DVa. DVa has to do EVERYTHING Winston does, but STILL must aim.
im sorry but D.Va is by far the easiest tank in the game by a long shot
I don’t think tanking is easy for any hero but dva is definitely the easiest to play to average but to actually be good with her takes about as much skill as any other rank because being a good tank goes beyond just aiming
you dont really need much to be extremly effective with d.va
I’m 100% with you on Moira and Zen. I find it laughable that people continue to parrot the “doesn’t require aim” nonsense.
You expect to gain any heal charge or do any damage with Moira? You have to track. Sure, there are absolutely less forgiving characters, but she’s far from no aim.
I played Moira and Zarya back to back last night and was again struck with the similarity in their beam aim (charged zarya vs Moira right click) only Moira has the added fun of possibly tracking small targets at even longer ranges. Depending on who you’re tickling that can require some effort if you want to do consistent damage or built healing charge.
To be really good with her you need a lot of mechanical skill. To be just average and passable you don’t. Especially after the nerfs. She demands a lot more accuracy to really be good.
Not gonna lie, I love playing some pretty low mechanical skill level heroes. (I.E. junkrat, roadhog, Bridgette, and Reinhardt) But I also excel at playing mechanically demanding hero’s (I.E. zenyatta, Ana, Mei, doomfist, Zarya)
All of my time on LMSH has lead me to believe if you play a hero well enough you can evolve your play style enough to be more mechanically demanding.
(Example: roadhog usually throws hook every time he has it. I ask what my team needs to be hooked for a swift kill. They say who, I wait till the enemy moves out of the way, hook, kill, and push.)
(another example being junkrat; I don’t just mine+frag combo constantly. I’ll usually ask if my team has any ults ready. And if they do I displace the entire team with a mine and watch the fireworks as a team who just got scrambled get clocked by a high noon.)
It does have a stopping point though, every hero isn’t tracer unfortunately.

When you hook a Rein that’s charging or a D’va ult off of a map/in a well.

This post is so true it’s crazy
See this guy gets it!
Low skill heroes don’t have to be a point and click adventure, they can be multiple iron giant references to save your team, or taking a breather in front of a lonely support during a high noon.
This post is so true it’s crazy
And whats scary is people who missed the point.
So when they press q or kill the team and have gold/silver, they carried. When they lose, its the tanks/supports being bad or its x character.
“Team based shooter”. Aka “i locked x first, y needs to switch.”
How sad.
this is why people getting upset with this game, with the meta
mobile heroes - high cd, moderate damage, consistent
no mobile heroes - high damage output, moderate cd
the balance need to go in that way.
The higher you go in Overwatch the more MOBA the game gets and the less mechanical it gets.
