Can you imagine having a 7-year-old game, releasing 2 which is a copy of 1, doing 4 betas and still managing to launch the game with several problems?

There were some issues with account merges early on after Overwatch 2 launched, however the majority of those problems have been fixed now.
The heroes showing locked should be fixed as well.
However, we are aware that the Noire Widowmaker skin has not unlocked on PC when players previously had it on console. This skin and the Legendary Edition (Origins) skins will be unlocked later on by the Overwatch team. So those are expected to come later.
