Make mercy feel better

The new hero is outshining her.
Reduce the casting time for rez and make it only heals up to 200hp.
and [BECAUSE IT’S HER ULTIMATE] rez shouldn’t have a casting time while Valk.

A cast time reduction would be nice. Either way, the good news is that the devs have confirmed that they’re looking into Mercy, so I suppose we’ll see what they have in store for her in the following months. I suspect it will go hand in hand with her “Onwards To Victory” voiceline revert. We’ll see.

During someone asking if Mercy can get a boost in her healing, they made the following statement.

I think that’s certainly possible. Overall her healing output is still higher than the other healers, which she pays for by not being able to split focus and do other things while healing. I’d also love to be able to increase the power of her damage boosting, but it causes a lot of issues with various breakpoints where suddenly X hero can one-shot 200 health heroes etc. There are other ways to make it feel better without just adding raw damage though, we’ll see.

The voice-line in question for Mercy was removed. Regardless if it was for an ultimate or not, bringing it back for Mercy when it was previously removed = a revert.

Good for you. They’re still looking into Mercy… regardless of what we say / feel / think about it. The supposedly patched speed reduction making it’s way live piques my interest. I’m excited to see what they do with her in the coming months.

There’s people already talking about how “OP” he is… I wouldn’t be surprised if he ends up getting nerfed due to the “unfun to play against” arguments surrounding things like his immortality field. It’s a shame really.
