I’m on ps4 i can’t do last step tho in my ps4 but i can do the rest is that okay?
I am currently unable to play Overwatch or Heroes of the Storm because of this. Whatever fix was released must not have made its way to me. I tried all of the suggested fixes on the page and I am still unable to enter either game.
Still having issues. I was just dropped in the middle of my match.
I can’t post my test results for you because it states I can’t post anything with a link in it, and my test results have links in them.
WinMTR link won’t even load. I’ve been having significant issues with the forums as well. All other non-Blizzard websites load perfectly.
Also can confirm that the EU and Asia servers load PERFECTLY for me. But, I’m in the USA and I cannot enter the game on the USA server.

This is only happening on my main account (this one). My game froze mid-quickplay yesterday afternoon and I have not been able to log into Overwatch since. My other 2 accounts are logging in just fine. I have tried all of the usual scan/repair, flush DNS, reset winsock, reset drivers.
The same issue happened to my boyfriend’s main account (we live together) but again he can access his other accounts with no problems.

Hey Pockets. I’m using Grande as well in the Austin, TX area and tried everything as you did (except reset drivers). Not sure if it’s just a coincidence or maybe it’s an issue with Grande and Blizzard trying to connect? Game launched for me on the U.S. servers last night after about 8 tries (wasted 15 mins of my time). Hopefully someone on the Blizzard server team looks into this and fixes ASAP. I love Overwatch and it’s been frustrating to not be able to play it when my time i limited as is. And I’m scared to go into a Competitive game because I don’t want to be kicked off the servers.
I hope so too. I just edited my main post, but it happened to my boyfriend’s main as well. Like mine, his other 2 accounts work fine. We live together in Corpus.
I’m so close to gold border, it sucks not being able to play since I have a lot of free time this week

Did you do something to get this fixed, Caterpepi? US server is working perfectly for me this afternoon. I’ll update again if I cannot get in later tonight.
I’m also on Grande in Austin and can’t connect. It did this to me once yesterday and after restarting the client it worked. Today I can’t connect at all and it is only to Overwatch. Hearthstone and Diablo both connect with no issues.
Edit: It is also only affecting this account. On the exact same computer with the exact same network connection I am able to log into my second account. This account is the only one unable to connect. This is an issue with Overwatch servers.
Yeah, it’s now broken for me again. Not loading the game. Was working fine earlier this evening!! So frustrating.
Hey all,
We’re currently investigating and gathering data for players affected by an emergent issue. It appears that the Dallas Level 3 node is holding up some of our traffic. We’ve been collecting reports and tests on the World of Warcraft forums already, and have been in communication with ISPs who have agreements with Level 3. We don’t currently have an estimate on when this will be resolved, as we don’t have any peering contracts with Level 3, but we have been hearing you. Thank you for your reports.

I want my 50 SR penalty reimbursed back to me, my 1 point endorsement level that was taken away, and have my 10 minute competitive suspension removed from my account pronto. All due to server disconnect. Its called “making the customer whole” when a service fails the customer, causing undue hardship.
